Shipping and Return Policies
After ordering online, you may receive an email confirmation from us or Braintree containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. We will attempt to send your goods within 1-3 business days after the payment is cleared; however if goods are unavailable delivery will take a little longer. We will contact you if this occurs.
Currently shipping is only available within Australia.
In general, if you are in Victoria: Metro - up to 2 business days, Country - up to 5 business days
If you are in other States: Metro - up to 3-6 business days, depending on lodgement and destination points, Country - Please ask at your local Post Office

We use the carrier(s) to deliver our orders depends on your postal address, but generally we use Australia Post
If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders may not have tracking numbers. If your order has not arrived within the allotted time, please contact the shipping company, using the reference number supplied to you.
In the event that your order does not arrive after the estimated shipping time has lapsed, please contact us and provide your order number, name and shipping details and we will lodge an investigation with the shipping carrier. If the investigation is unable to ascertain the location of the item through no fault of your own, we will replace your order and resend a new item on the next available business day after the completion of the investigation.

Currently, only standard shipping is avaliable for all order. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

Free standard shipping offer only applies to any order over $89 with a minimum purchase of 2 items.
Refund & Returns Policy
This refund and returns polciy only apply to goods purchased on stautos.com.au.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will give you a 7 day money-back guarantee from the time you receive the goods. Please email us at email@example.com within that time if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any problems.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Exchnages of sale items will subject to avaliability of the item.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to: PO BOX 6015, Wantirna, VIC, 3152, Australia.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: PO BOX 6015, Wantirna, VIC, 3152, Australia. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. All products must be returned in their original condition. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. We recommend that you return the product via Registered post using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance and that you pre pay all postage.
You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit & therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. ST Autos Pty Ltd will not be responsible or parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
